1. Unpack and put in system/priv-app/SystemUi (only for German DBT based ROM) 
2. Open SQL editor and choose settings storage
3. Choose system and search for notification_panel_active_number_of_apps andnotification_panel_active_number_of_apps_for_reset
4. Change the value from 10 to your number toggle (mine is 24).
5. Save and reset toggle order in settings
6. Reboot

        The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is an Android phablet smartphone produced by Samsung Electronics.     The Galaxy Note 3 was unveiled during a Samsung press conference at IFA Berlin on September 4, 2013, with its worldwide release beginning later in the month. Serving as a successor to the Galaxy Note II, the Note 3 was designed to have a lighter, more upscale design than previous iterations of the Galaxy Note series (with a plastic leather backing and faux metallic bezel), and to expand upon the stylus and multitasking-oriented functionality in its software—which includes a new navigation wheel for pen-enabled apps, along with pop-up apps and expanded multi-window functionality. Samsung has sold 5 million units of the Galaxy Note 3 within its first month of sale and broke 10 million units sales in just 2 months.

        The Samsung Galaxy Gear is a smartwatch produced by Samsung Electronics in the Samsung Gear family of devices. Unveiled during a Samsung Unpackedevent in Berlin, Germany on September 4, 2013, the device serves as a companion for all Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets which run Android 4.3 or newer; on launch, this included the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. Originally released as an Android-based device, Samsung replaced the operating system with Tizen through a May 2014 software update.
        The Galaxy Gear was released to a generally negative reception; it was criticized for the lackluster design of its interface, the inadequate implementation of some of its software, the few apps available, its poor battery life, and its dependency on Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets.
        The Gear's successor, the Gear 2, was released on April 11, 2014.
